The Road That Led Me Here: Michael Hodge’s Story

My name is Michael Hodge, and I’m proud to be part of Fast Stop LLC—a company that stands for second chances, real growth, and doing things with purpose.

My journey hasn’t been perfect. Like many others, I made choices in my past that I had to learn from the hard way. I faced some setbacks early in life, and those mistakes made it tough to get ahead. But at some point, I realized I didn’t want to keep living in survival mode. I wanted stability. I wanted to build something. I wanted better.

That’s when I got introduced to the trucking industry. I didn’t start as a driver—I began by helping out with short-haul runs and behind-the-scenes support. What I noticed quickly was how much opportunity there was in this field. I saw a chance to do honest work, to grow, and to be part of something that mattered.

When Kelsey shared her vision for Fast Stop LLC, I knew it was bigger than just freight. She wanted to build a business that created opportunities for people like us—people who just need a shot to prove they’ve changed, and that they want more for themselves and their families. I didn’t hesitate to join in and give this everything I have.

Fast Stop is about hard work, second chances, and doing things right. I’m proud to stand beside Kelsey as we build a company rooted in real purpose—and I’m even more excited to help others find their way through this business, too.
